Extra Dork Points: I got this working first within a Parallels ubuntu image on my Macbook (while reading howtos and trying them out on the mac, which itself was on wifi), before trying it out on an independent ubuntu machine.
Man that’s awesome. If I could afford the service, I’d have one.

RE: affording the service, I get by with a little help from my employer. Plus the dongle itself was free-after-rebate when I first bought it. :)
