Well, now I know what Motorhead sounds like in the Bizarro Universe. God, that was weird. ;)
His style of throat singing is unique to him though. I think he calls it kanzat kargyraa, I haven’t been able to figure out what kanzat means though. Kargyraa tends to sound fairly different between singers, but I don’t think I’ve heard anybody else doing anything like him. Actually, the Motorhead one didn’t grab me that much. The Joy Division one is pretty cool, though I’ve never heard the original.
